Preheat oven to 220°C and evenly distribute the Sweet Potato Fries on a baking tray (preferably use a sheet of baking paper). Cook in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes (12-15 minutes in a convection oven) or until they have a nice golden brown color. Stir and flip gently after half the cooking time. The cooking time can vary between different ovens. Add salt and spices before serving.
Heat to 180°C. Cook the sweet potato fries for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown ad crispy. Stir after half the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
Heat the oil to 175°C. Fry the product for about 2.5 – 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Add salt and spices before serving
