Ingredients
Onions (57%), water, wheat flour, sunflower oil, starch (tapioca, wheat, corn), salt, dextrose, sugar, baking powder and substances with similar function: E450 (diphosphates) & E500 (sodium carbonates), thickeners: E407 (carrageenan) & E 412 (guar kernel flour), yeast, gelling agent: E401 (sodium alginate).

Preparation
Please do not defrost before cooking. Don’t re-freeze a defrosted product.
Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C and evenly distribute the Onion Rings on a baking tray (preferably use a sheet of baking paper). Cook in the middle of the oven for 12-15 minutes (10-12 minutes in a convection oven) or until they have a nice golden brown color. Stir and flip gently after half the cooking time. The cooking time can vary between different ovens. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Air fryer
Heat to 200°C. Cook the Onion Rings for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown ad crispy. Flip the Onion Rings after half the cooking time.
Deep fryer
Heat the oil to 180°C and fry the Onion Rings from frozen for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Don’t leave the deep fryer unattended while cooking.
Frying pan
Heat some cooking oil add a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Fry on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Flip regularly throughout the cooking process for even cooking.
