If translated literally pytt i panna means teeny pieces in a pan.Pyttipanna is usually served with inlagda rödbetor (pickled beetroot) and a fried egg or a raw egg yolk sitting in its shell in the middle of the dish. It is the addition of egg and pickled beetroot that really elevates this to something special

Preparation
Air frier
Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Air fry in 170 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Stir gently 2-3 times throughout the cooking process for even browning. Preferably served with a fried egg, Lingonberry Jam, and pickled cucumber.
Frying
Heat up some food grease in the pan. Pour the frozen hash into the pan and fry on medium heat for about 6 minutes. Stir every now and then. Preferably served with a fried egg, Lingonberry Jam, and pickled cucumber.
Microwave
Pour the frozen Swedish hash into a microwave-safe plate or in a bowl and add a couple of tablespoons of water. Heat at full power (750W) for about 5 minutes. Preferably served with a fried egg, Lingonberry Jam, and pickled cucumber.
