Mollberg’s blend from Zoegas is their oldest and finest blend that was developed at Hotell Mollbergs in Helsingborg in 1903. Mollberg’s blend is a rich dark rust with an elegant taste and hints of black currants and butterscotch.

The coffee is made from Kenyan beans, which are mixed with beans from Central and South America, which gives the coffee its wonderful aroma and long aftertaste.

Mollbergs Blandning is our oldest and finest blend that was developed for the historic Hotell Mollberg in Helsingborg in 1903. The coffee gets its aroma and long aftertaste from a large proportion of tall Kenyan beans that are tastefully balanced with hand-picked Arabic beans from Latin America. The beans are carefully roasted and cupped in our coffee roastery in Helsingborg, where our roastermasters highlight a rich dark roast with an elegant taste and hints of black currants and butterscotch. The full-bodied aftertaste lasts a long time, which creates ZOÉGA’s unique character. Our roasters have roasted the coffee beans to perfection and our quality specialists have tried again and again to ensure a tasty coffee of the highest quality. ZOÉGAS Mollberg’s Mixture is round and juicy and has a distinctly fruity taste of black currants. The scent is full with hints of vanilla bean. The coffee gets a perfect taste together with sour exotic fruits such as pineapple and lime. Together with apple cake, an elegant mouthfeel is experienced. The character is not affected by the rarity of meat and fish dishes and retains its complete taste.
