SCHNITZEL – A SWEDISH AUSTRIAN. A fine schnitzel of veal that we have breaded and seasoned with a generous pinch of salt. Serve in the classic Swedish way with capers, lemon and a little fried parsley. Fry the schnitzel on medium heat in plenty of butter until it gets a nice golden frying surface.
