A favorite among our spicy sausages that is appreciated by most! Chorizo is southern-inspired, hotly smoked, and has a lot of taste of cayenne, pepper, and garlic. Our always so popular sausage with natural skin, which gives just the right twist, is meat-rich and coarsely ground. This is a locally produced product and of course, the meat only comes from animals on Swedish farms. Our product is frozen and vacuum packed.
