Preparation
Frying pan
Add some butter or oil in a cold pan and place the plate on high heat. Add the burgers when the butter has taken on a little color and has stopped bubbling. Fry the burgers for 1 minute on each side. Lower the temperature to medium heat. Turn the burgers another 3-4 times so that they have a smooth and fine frying surface. Total frying time for frozen hamburger is about 7 minutes and for a thawed hamburger about 6 minutes.
