Sav Sparkling 2012 Reserve is an exclusive sparkling birch wine, which was produced by first reducing the Birch sap to provide a bolder flavour and then fermenting the sap using traditional methods. The birch sap and is fermented on the lees for up to 7 years.
Color: Pale, light yellow color with a nuance of green.
Scent: Slightly aromatic scent with hints of birch sap, white currant, citrus zest and bread.
Flavor: Aromatic flavor with hints of birch sap, honey, green bananas, citrus peel and macadamia nuts.
Perfectly paired with: Enjoy together with friends, in combination with lightly smoked fish or with milder cheese.
