Lindströms Mozzarella Sticks are golden crispy brown on the outside and creamy and cheesy on the inside. Our spice mix for the breading is developed to supplement the creamy tones of the mozzarella cheese. Mozzarella Sticks are a staple American finger food, loved all over the world. Many kids favorite snack or side dish. Quick and easy, and cooks great in air fryers or in ovens.

Mozzarella fondue (51%) (Of which: Mozzarella cheese (25%), other European cheeses (Gouda), milk protein, butter, modified potato starch, melt salts: E331 (sodium citrates), E452i (sodium polyphosphate), salt, wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, water, modified wheat starch, salt, cornmeal, modified corn starch, wheat gluten, yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, dyes: E150a (sugar color), E160c (paprika extract), turmeric spice extract, baking powder, and baking powder.
Please do not defrost before cooking. Don’t re-freeze a defrosted product.
Preheat oven to 220°C and evenly distribute the Mozzarella Sticks on a baking tray (preferably use a sheet of baking paper). Cook in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes (190 degrees in a convection oven for 7-8 minutes) or until they have a nice golden brown color. Stir and flip gently after half the cooking time. The cooking time can vary between different ovens. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Heat to 180°C. Cook the Chili Cheese Nuggets for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown ad crispy. Flip the Mozzarella Sticks after half the cooking time.
Heat the oil to 18°C and fry the Mozzarella Sticks from frozen for 1.5-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Don’t leave the deep fryer unattended while cooking.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry on medium heat for 4-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Keep moving them around in the pan until it’s done.
