Mini Rut is baked according to our old family recipe with only natural ingredients: wholemeal rye, water from your own source, yeast and a pinch of salt. The dough is nibbled with a special rolling pin that makes the bread checkered. In addition to looking nice, the bread also becomes tender and crispy.

Mini-Rut, the children’s favorite, is fun to break into just the right amount of yummy pieces for soup and filet or to put directly in the mouth.
