Hälsans Kök has updated our best seller soy sausage based on the feedback from Swedish vego lovers. Therefore, our new vego sausage is vegan, juicy, tasty, has a better texture and a larger size to fit perfectly in the sausage bread. The health kitchen vego sausage also works great on the grill.

Storage: Frozen product, stored at -18°C or lower. Should not be frozen  after defrosted.

Preparation

Air fryer
Air fry in 170 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Turn after half time.
Frying pan: Heat a little oil on low heat in a frying pan. Add the vego sausages and fry for 6-8 minutes. Turn the sausages now and then.
Grill: Preheat the grill. Add the vego sausages and grill for 11-13 minutes. Turn every three to four minutes.
Saucepan: Place the vego sausages in a saucepan of boiling water. Reduce heat and cook for 3-4 minutes. Pour off the water and dry before serving.
