Our classic cinnamon bun is baked today in the same traditional way as back in 1930 Sweden – of dough and creamy cinnamon filling, topped with pearl sugar. And since we freeze it when it’s just freshly baked, it retains its flavor of summery coffee gatherings. Our cinnamon buns are free of milk and eggs and therefore 100% vegan.

WHEAT FLOUR, water, sugar, rapeseed oil, syrup, corn starch, cinnamon 1%, potato flakes, yeast, GRAIN malt flour, emulsifier (E471 from vegetable fat), cardamom, salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid, amylase, xylanase), acidity regulator (citric acid) .
Heat the oven to 150 ° C and heat the frozen buns for about 5-7 minutes. The cooking time may vary slightly depending on the oven.
In microwave oven: Set the effect to defrost mode (350W). Thaw 1 bun about 30sec, or 4 buns about 1min.
