Spray or brush some cooking oil for extra crispiness. Cook for 12 minutes and flip them over after half the time. Let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Preheat the oven to 200˚C. Defrost and marinate the chicken wings. Spread out the defrosted chicken wings in a baking tray and brush with cooking oil if you want them extra crispy. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them while baking and flip them over after half the time. Let them rest and chill for 2 minutes before serving.
Heat the oil to 180˚C in a deep fryer or a pot and fry the defrosted chicken wings a few at the time for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. It’s very important to not leave the deep fryer or pot with heated oil unsupervised while frying.
