Preparation
Air fry
Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees for two minutes. Place your frozen Chicken thighs in the air fryer cooking tray. Spray or brush some cooking oil for extra crispiness. Cook for 12 minutes and flip them over after half the time. Let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Oven
Preheat the oven to 200˚C. Spread out the frozen Chicken thighs in a baking tray and brush with cooking oil if you want them extra crispy. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them while baking and flip them over after half the time. Let them rest and chill for 2 minutes before serving.
Deep-fry
Heat the oil to 180˚C in a deep fryer or a pot and fry the Chicken thighs a few at the time for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. It’s very important to not leave the deep fryer or pot with heated oil unsupervised while frying.
