We think a thin piece of steak can be really luxurious. Especially for lunch when you feel like you want something a little extra. Something that has a little extra flavor and that puts a little golden edge on everyday life.
EVEN THINER AND EVEN MORE TASTY
We make sure that our thin beef piece is as juicy as possible, so we use both beef and pork mince. For it, we have potato croquettes with a crispy surface and soft inside. But perhaps most important is probably the spice butter. It is made on butter, basil, parsley, garlic and a little chili pepper. The taste makes it perfect for both the meat and the potatoes and not least the good broad beans.

Preparation
STORAGE AND MINIMUM SHELF LIFE: In a freezer compartment (-18ºC or colder), see date marking. Should always be kept frozen. Should not be frozen after thawing.
OVEN 175ºC 1. Remove the spice butter from the dish. 2. Leave the plastic wrap and place the frozen dish on a rack in the middle of the oven. Heat for 25-35 minutes. 4. Put back the spice butter
OVEN 175ºC 1. Leave the plastic foil and place the frozen dish on a rack in the middle of the oven. Heat for 30-40 minutes. Stir before serving.
MICRO (750 W) 1. Cut a cut in the plastic wrap and heat the frozen dish for 7-8 minutes. Stir and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
