Our spinach comes from the cultivation area around Reken * in Germany, which with its warm climate and light soils is perfect for spinach cultivation. The farms in the area have over 60 years of experience in growing spinach and work with sustainable and responsible cultivation. The leaves are harvested when they are at their best and the proximity from farm to freezer means that the fine quality and nutrient content are preserved in the best way. Our aim is to grow spinach leaves where taste, size and texture provide both a good and nutritious experience. * By the area around Reken we mean a cultivation area in northwestern Germany and the Netherlands.
