Felix Traditional Chef’s Hash is our classic thinly sliced fried potato, sausage, meat and onion patty – a filling and delicious meal. Made from 100% Swedish meat and potatoes from Swedish farms. Cooked in Eslöv in the heart of Skåne.
Potatoes, pork and beef 21%, onion, water, rapeseed oil, potato flour, worchestershire sauce (water, sugar, vinegar, spices i.a. chili pepper, garlic, nutmeg and lovage, malt vinegar from barley, onion, aroma and salt), salt, spices, spice extract, beef protein, potato fibre, anti-oxidant agent (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate and -citrate), preservatives sodium nitrite and smoke aroma.

Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Air fry in 170 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Stir gently 2-3 times throughout the cooking process for even browning. Preferably served with a fried egg, Lingonberry Jam, and pickled cucumber.
Heat up some food grease in the pan. Pour the frozen hash into the pan and fry on medium heat for about 6 minutes. Stir every now and then. Preferably served with a fried egg, beetroots, and pickled cucumber.
Pour the frozen hash into a microwave-safe plate or in a bowl and add a couple of tablespoons of water. Heat at full power (750W) for about 5 minutes. Preferably served with a fried egg, beetroots, and pickled cucumber.
Oven / Hot air oven: Preheat oven to 200 ° C (hot air oven 175 ° C).Pour the frozen hash into a ovenproof tray.Heat in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes (hot air oven about 30 minutes), depending on the size of the tray.Feel free to stir in the hash after half the time.Keep in mind that the effect between different ovens varies and thus the cooking time.
