Oven
Classic potato cakes will be best if you cook them from frozen. Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Spread the garlic croquettes in a frying pan. Heat in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes or until they have a golden color and slightly crispy surface.

Frying pan
Fry garlic croquettes in a little shortening on low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir every now and then.

Air fryer
For best results, take the garlic croquettes directly from the freezer in an air fryer, 160°C.  Fry them for about 12-14 minutes or until the fries are golden brown.
