Our nice little delicatessen meatballs made from meat from Swedish farms. The meatballs are tasty and fried in fine rapeseed oil. Prepared with care locally in Skåne. A Swedish classic!

Ingredients: Beef and pork (68%), onions, potatoes, MILK POWDER, bread (with wheat flour), salt, beef meat protein, coriander, black pepper extract and rapeseed oil for frying.

Preparation for 1 portion (7-8 meatballs)
1. Air fry: Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees for two minutes. Place your frozen meatballs in the air fryer cooking tray. Spray or brush some cooking oil for extra crispiness. Cook for 8 minutes and flip them over after half the time. Let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.
2. Frying pan: Heat up a frying pan with a little oil. Fry the meatballs from frozen on medium / high heat, about 13-15 minutes. The meatballs should be in a layer. Stir frequently so that the meatballs are not burnt.
3. Oven (200 ° C): Place the frozen meatballs in an oven proof form and heat for about 15 minutes.
4. Microwave (800W): Place the frozen meatballs evenly distributed on a plate. Heat 1 serving (12 pcs) for about 2 minutes, without lid.
