1. FRYING PAN OR ON GRILL, 8-10 min: fry thawed fillets in a little oil on medium heat in a frying pan or on a grill placed on aluminum foil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
2. OVEN (175 ° C), 12-13 min: cook in the oven for 12-13 minutes or until the fish has an internal temperature of 48ºC in the middle of the fillet.
