The original World famous Meatballs. The Swedish word for meatball (köttbulle) first appeared in Swedish print in Cajsa Warg’s 1754 cookbook. Swedish meatballs, smaller in size than those of Italy and Germany, are traditionally served with potatoes, cream gravy and lingonberry preserves.

Preparation for 1 portion (7-8 meatballs)
Air fry
Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees for two minutes. Place your frozen meatballsin the air fryer cooking tray. Spray or brush some cooking oil for extra crispiness. Cook for 8 minutes and flip them over after half the time. Let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Frying pan:
Fry on medium heat for 10-12 minutes
