Please do not defrost before cooking. Don’t re-freeze a defrosted product.
Preheat oven to 220°C and evenly distribute the Potato Broccoli Gratin Cakes on a baking tray (preferably use a sheet of baking paper). Cook in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes (18-23 minutes in a convection oven) or until they have a nice golden brown color. Stir and flip gently after half the cooking time. The cooking time can vary between different ovens. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Heat to 180°C. Cook the Potato Broccoli Gratin Cakes for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown ad crispy. Flip the Potato Broccoli Gratin Cakes after half the cooking time.
