Ingredients
Fresh cheese 55% (MILK, salt, lactic acid starter culture, starch), WHEAT flour, water, sunflower oil, jalapeño pepper 5.5% (jalapeño pepper, salt, acidity regulator (E260)), modified corn starch, cornmeal, salt, WHEAT gluten, wheat flour (E472e), spices, skimmed milk powder, thickener (E412, E415).
Preparation
Please do not defrost before cooking. Don’t re-freeze a defrosted product.
Oven
Preheat oven to 220°C and evenly distribute the Jalapeno Snacks on a baking tray (preferably use a sheet of baking paper). Cook in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes (10-12 minutes in a convection oven) or until they have a nice golden brown color. Stir and flip gently after half the cooking time. The cooking time can vary between different ovens. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Air fryer
Heat to 180°C. Cook the Chili Cheddar Cheese Nuggets for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown ad crispy. Flip the Jalapeno after half the cooking time.
Deep fryer
Heat the oil to 175 ° C and fry the Jalapeno Snacks from frozen for 3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Don’t leave the deep fryer unattended while cooking.
