Churros is a traditional, “twisted” and sweet delicacy from Spain. Just bake them in an oven or fryer and they’re ready. They taste great with a pinch of powdered sugar, dipped in chocolate or with fresh red fruit. They are sold frozen, so you can take the desired portion out of the package and leave the rest for the next time.

Please do not defrost before cooking. Don’t re-freeze a defrosted product.
Preheat oven to 220°C and evenly distribute the Churros on a baking tray (preferably use a sheet of baking paper). Cook in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes (10-12 minutes in a convection oven) or until they have a nice golden brown color. Stir and flip gently after half the cooking time. The cooking time can vary between different ovens. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Heat to 180°C. Cook the Churros for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown ad crispy. Flip the Churros after half the cooking time.
Heat the oil to 175 ° C and fry the Churros from frozen for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Don’t leave the deep fryer unattended while cooking.
