Finally a really good vegan Pizza with a low climate impact!
We are very proud of our good VegoVesuvio pan pizza that we bake in Sweden in Dalarna, and it feels really good that this pizza has over 75% less climate impact than a non-vegan vesuvio pizza.

Ingredients
Bottom: WHEAT FLOUR, water, rapeseed oil, baking powder (magnesium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium carbonates, calcium phosphate, WHEAT STARCH), glucose yeast, salt. Filling: Tomato puree, vegan ham (water, SOY PROTEIN, rapeseed oil, salt, natural aromas, dye (beetroot red), smoke aroma), water, tomato, modified starch, coconut oil, bamboo fiber, sugar, salt, spices and spice extracts (including chili peppers and garlic), natural aroma, emulsifier (citric acid, sodium phosphate), dye (beta-carotene). May contain traces of MILK. For a pizza, 10% vegan ham and 6% tomato have been used
Preparation
Air fryer: Air fry in 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
Microwave: Heat the pizza in the bag. Cut off one corner of the bag. Place the pizza in the microwave with the back down. 2. Heat from frozen in the microwave, 800 W (high power) for about 3 minutes. 3. Let the pizza rest in the bag for about 30 seconds before serving.
