Ingredients
Water, SOY PROTEIN (26%), rapeseed oil / onion, onion, salt, spices, natural aromas, caramelized sugar.

Preparation
Cook from frozen, 14 minutes in oil at medium heat. Stir frequently.
Air fryer: Air fry in 170 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Stir frequently.
Frying pan: Heat a little oil on low heat in a frying pan. Add the mince and fry for 6-8 minutes. Stir frequently.
