Attention: Despite great care in removing all fish bones, there may be bones left.

Turn the thawed fillets into a mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown butter or margarine and add some good oil. Fry the fillets on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes. Turn the fillets halfway through.
Put the frozen fillets in boiling water with added salt. The water should only cover the fish. Let the fish simmer for about 6-8 minutes until the fish meat turns white, then the fish is done.
Place the thawed fillets in an ovenproof dish or on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cook at 150ºC for 9-10 minutes in a convection oven and at 175ºC at 9-10 in a household oven.
