A festive and tasty dish consisting of roasted whole chicken fillets, served with mini roast, broccoli, multicolored carrots, green pepper sauce and black currants. For our roasted chicken, we have made a green pepper sauce where we really let the pepper take place. This gives the sauce a pleasant heat that works perfectly with the mini roast. We have also added multicolored carrots and broccoli which together with a dash of blackcurrant puree gives a wonderful taste to the dish.

Potato croquettes 35%: Potatoes, rapeseed oil, dried potatoes, dextrose, salt, stabilizer (E464), spices. Green pepper sauce 22%: Skimmed Milk, water, Cream, carrots, onions, tomato puree, Butter, beef broth, cornstarch, salt, sugar, green pepper, vegetable concentrate (tomato, carrot, onion), caramelized sugar, bay leaf. Chicken 15.5%: Chicken tenderloin, cornstarch, grape sugar, salt. Vegetables 19%: carrots, broccoli. Blackcurrant puree 8.5%: Black currants, sugar, cornstarch. The dish includes 15% chicken tenderloin and 5% black currants. One serving gives you 81 grams of vegetables.

Heat for 30-35 minutes.
