Beef and pork (68%), onions, potatoes, MILK POWDER, bread (with wheat flour), salt, beef meat protein, coriander, black pepper extract and rapeseed oil for frying.

Frying pan: Heat up a frying pan with a little oil. Fry the meatballs from frozen on medium / high heat, about 13-15 minutes. The meatballs should be in a layer. Stir frequently so that the meatballs are not burnt.
Oven (200 ° C): Place the frozen meatballs in an oven proof form and heat for about 15 minutes.
Microwave (800W): Place the frozen meatballs evenly distributed on a plate. Heat 1 serving (12 pcs) for about 2 minutes, without lid.
