Ingredients
Wheat flour, water, sugar, unmixed rye sieve, vegetable oil (rapeseed), Rye scalding, Wheat gluten, yeast, salt, vegetable emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides mono- and diacetyltic acid acid esters and ester beers) – agent (ascorbic acid).
Preparation
Room temperature
Leave the bread in the bag for 1-1½ hours.
Oven
Heat the oven to 200 ° C.Approx. 4 minutes in oven.Then allow the buns to rest at room temperature for 5-7 minutes.The cooking time may vary slightly depending on the oven.
In microwave oven: Set the effect to defrost mode (350W). 1 bun about ½-1 minute, 4 breads 1-2 minutes.Let the heat spread a few minutes before serving.
